Hi, I just had the same exact problem, but I played around with it and I found something

so first, you have to make a new mother bone and call it 全ての親.

next, rename the bone called センター to 全ての親1

finally, rename the bone called 全ての親 to センター1

there! three easy steps!

If this doesn't make sense, let me know and I'll make a whole tutorial with pictures for you. I just hope I'm not too late...
